LittleTechs Summer
Ages 5 – 8 · Beginner
Young engineers get their first taste of hardware with micro:bit, building games, light-up projects, and basic sensors — all while learning to think like a programmer.

Common Questions
FAQ
What should students bring to the workshop?
Students only need to bring a water bottle and a positive attitude! All hardware kits, computers, tools, and materials are provided.
Does my child need any prior experience?
No prior experience is required for LittleTechs and DigiKids sessions — we start from the very beginning. For Cadets, some basic familiarity with computers is helpful but not required. Our instructors are experienced in teaching complete beginners.
What are the age requirements for each track?
LittleTechs is designed for students entering Kindergarten through 3rd grade (ages 5–8). DigiKids is for 4th–5th grade (ages 9–11). Cadets is for 6th–9th grade (ages 12–15). If your child is on the border, contact us and we'll help place them in the right track.
What's included in the workshop fee?
The fee includes all hardware kits for use during the week, all materials and consumables, daily snacks, a Synapse t-shirt, a certificate of completion.
