What Is a Codenator?

The Process

What to Expect

1

Submit Your Application

Fill out the form below with your school, major, year, and a short message about why you want to be a Codenator. No resume required to start — we keep it simple.

2

Quick Phone Screen (15 min)

One of our directors will call you for a short conversation — we want to hear about your tech background and your experience (or interest) in working with kids.

3

In-Person Visit + Demo Lesson

Come see the center! You'll meet the team, get a tour of the hardware lab, and do a brief 5-minute 'teach us something' — it can be anything technical you're excited about.

4

Offer + Background Check

If it's a great fit we'll extend an offer. All Codenators complete a standard background check before their first class — required for working with minors.

You're a Codenator!

Two paid training sessions cover our curriculum, hardware, and classroom management. Then you're in front of students — making a real difference in Orlando's next generation of engineers.
